Micki Roth, a skilled and experienced Wellness Practitioner creates a sacred space for all to feel secure and at ease to release and heal.

First, she will do a short visualization cleansing by slowing our breath & calling in the Divine white energy from above through all the chakras and asking us to be able to now access & become aware of our gifts that brought us here to work during this lifetime.

Micki will show you how to re-train your mind to let go of stress far more easily when your mind is more calm and happy to come up with mutually beneficial solutions to challenges you may be facing in these complicated times we live in.
